Recording Studio

The Recording Studio has an industry standard recording desk, equipped with the powerful audio editing software, Pro Tools, used by many professionals.

This room is used by both schools and the public. We have a sound engineer available to support the production of high quality recordings. For further information regarding facilities available within the recording studio, or for a visit, please contact the centre.

There is a link from the Auditorium and the Create Zone into the Recording Studio via tie lines and data exchanges. The Recording Studio actually overlooks the Auditorium which is excellent for recording live performances.

There is also a radio station and a portable mixing turntable for DJ mixing skill development within this room. Up to 10 pupils can use this room at any one time.
